July 30, 2026

New

  • Nested relationship keys. Join models on a field inside a JSON or struct column, or on the elements of an array.
  • Managed Active Agent seat. Deliver audiences to Active Agent through a platform-managed seat, choosing only the attribute your audiences land under.
  • Snapshots tab on realtime audiences. See a realtime audience’s current size, how it changed since the last rebuild, and every rebuild that touched it.
  • Activate realtime audiences. Choose Save as ready or Save & activate when you build a realtime audience, or activate a ready one later from its page.
  • Verdict freshness in the Membership API. Each verdict now says how current its data is and whether it is complete, so your application can decide how to treat a partial answer.

Improvements

  • Braze loader nested fields. Nested Braze fields keep their structure so you can filter on them, and last coordinates arrive as separate longitude and latitude columns.
  • The loaders list now shows the status of each loader’s last run.
  • Simpler Personalize navigation. Personalize now has two areas, Profile and Membership, each with one row of tabs, and Realtime Events moved under Sources beside Models and Relationships.
  • Snapshots in Membership. Rebuild all realtime audiences, review rebuild history and adjust the schedule from one tab.
  • Realtime Events in the relationships table. The Table View now lists realtime event relationships alongside the diagram.

Fixes

  • Reliability improvements for loaders writing to BigQuery.
  • Bug fixes in realtime audience snapshots and the Personalize navigation.

July 29, 2026

Improvements

  • Pick struct properties from a list. When filtering on fields inside a struct or an array of structs, choose the property from a dropdown instead of typing its name.

July 27, 2026

New

  • Existing web SDK integrations. Point an existing web SDK integration at a new event source without changing your website.

Improvements

  • Location and network enrichment for events. Incoming events are enriched with geolocation, ISP and connection type.
  • Automatic target tables for Snowflake and Databricks. Snowflake and Databricks destinations now create the target table on the first sync, and the Snowflake connection test checks that you can.
  • Two-step Realtime Event setup. Pick an event source, event type and properties from its event schema, then name the event and link it to a parent model; realtime events also appear on the schema graph.
  • More flexible realtime audiences. Combine realtime and warehouse conditions with either/or logic, build exclusion audiences, use negated property operators, and set windows in seconds.
  • Refresh now for any realtime audience. Manually rebuild any realtime audience from its detail page.
  • Warm-up note in the audience builder. See when a realtime condition is not being tracked yet.
  • Realtime Event permissions for API keys. Grant Realtime Event read and write access when creating an API key.
  • Clearer realtime authoring errors. When a realtime audience or Realtime Event can’t be saved, you see a plain-language reason and how to fix it.
  • Protected Realtime Events. A Realtime Event used by an audience can no longer be deleted, and the audiences that use it are listed.

Fixes

  • Bug fixes in Snowflake destination syncs and BigQuery warehouse setup.
  • Bug fixes in sync scheduling.
  • Bug fixes in realtime audiences and Realtime Events.

July 24, 2026

Improvements

July 23, 2026

New

  • Adobe Tags extension. Deploy the browser SDK through Adobe Experience Platform Tags.
  • Hashed user identities in the browser SDK. Set email, phone and login identities that the SDK normalises and hashes in the browser before sending.
  • TCF v2 consent integration in the browser SDK. The browser SDK detects your IAB TCF v2 consent management platform and applies its decisions automatically.
  • Reverse ETL to Active Agent. Sync model rows to Active Agent as well as audiences.

Improvements

Fixes

  • Bug fixes in Active Agent destinations, Snowflake staged loading and the live event stream.

July 22, 2026

New

  • Consent-gated tracking in the browser SDK. Hold events until the visitor grants consent, with a small pre-consent buffer, using the new opt-in consent mode.
  • Row-valued target fields. Take destination settings such as the segment key or audience name from a column of your rows instead of one value per sync.

Improvements

  • Easier scheduling. One schedule picker everywhere, with a recurring builder for runs every few minutes, hours, days or weeks, plus custom cron; a scheduled orchestration can now be set back to manual.

Fixes

  • Bug fixes in the browser SDK snippet.
  • Bug fixes in Google Ads, Display & Video 360 and Google Ad Manager syncs.

July 21, 2026

Improvements

  • Transactional API mode for Artegic Elaine. Send transactional messages through the Elaine API, choosing templates and recipient groups from dropdowns.
  • OAuth 2.0 for the Webhook destination. Authenticate webhook requests with the client-credentials grant instead of static headers.
  • Custom file paths for Google Cloud Storage. Name output files with your own path pattern and set a fixed number of rows per file.
  • Clearer alerts. Alerts now name the affected resource and include its details, and success notifications send their own payload to webhooks.
  • Friendlier connector forms. Multi-select fields are chip pickers, and loaders offer searchable dropdowns so you pick items by name instead of pasting ids.
  • Simpler Braze loader setup. Settings are grouped into sections and the REST endpoint is a cluster dropdown.
  • See your pending invitations. After signing up, you can see the invitations sent to your email address and accept them.

Fixes

  • Bug fixes in workspace invitations, the warehouse schema browser, audience canvas version previews and the Google Cloud Storage and S3 loaders.

July 20, 2026

New

  • ClickHouse warehouse. Use ClickHouse as a warehouse source for models, audiences, traits, syncs, orchestrations, loaders and event forwarding.

Improvements

  • Sign up with internationalized email addresses.

Fixes

  • Bug fixes in identity resolution, password reset and Stores.

July 19, 2026

  • Operation column in mirror-mode files. File destinations label every row in a mirror-mode file as added, changed or removed, so downstream systems can apply deletions.

Fixes

  • Bug fixes in file-based destinations, including Google Cloud Storage.

July 17, 2026

New

  • Snapshot sync mode. Deliver the complete current output of a model or audience on every run to file-based destinations.

  • File Upload mode for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Bulk-load Data Extensions through managed file imports from Enhanced FTP, Amazon S3 or Google Cloud Storage, with import results reported on each run.

Improvements

  • Incremental Google Cloud Storage and S3 loaders. Each run loads only new files, detected by file name or last-modified time.
  • Faster Salesforce Marketing Cloud syncs. Large syncs write in parallel and back off automatically when rate limited.
  • Passphrase-protected SSH keys are supported on SFTP destinations, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFTP) can split files by row count.
